Merchandise Sales:
While in most cases, our merchandise transactions are business to business, we periodically will sell to the individual consumer. In this instance, we may collect personal information that you provide us when you:

• Request warranty or product repair services;
• Enter into a contest or sweepstakes or respond to one of our surveys; or

It is our policy to retain contact information for all purchases in the event that we experience a product recall from one of our suppliers.
Event Registrations:
When completing a registration form for an event, wherever possible, we will collect only business contact information. However, some of our events (in particular our fishing excursions) necessitate the collection of personal information. In this instance it will be necessary that we share this information with a third party – i.e. the fishing lodge.
Contests:
When you enter a contest or sweepstakes at a sponsored event, at our location or through our Sites, we may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. In most cases, we will collect only business contact information not personal information. We use this information to administer your participation in a contest or sweepstakes. By entering information on the contest entry ballot, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
Other Use of Personal Information:
We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@gandacorporate.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.
Sale of Business:
G & A Corporate Inc. reserves the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party acquirer.
Legal:
Please note that G & A Corporate Inc. must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law.
